Monday Motivation | For the Culture
Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!
Tip of the week
The next time you’re on a job interview, remember that you’re gathering data about whether the organization is a good fit for you. Tim Cynova, SPHR, Fractured Atlas’s Chief Operating Officer, recommends that applicants judge an organization “by its cover.” If working in a convivial and cheerful office is important to you, for example, you can note things like whether anyone has laughed during your visit. When accepting a job offer, you’ll want to be sure that the organization is a place where you can see yourself excelling.
