The right endorsements on LinkedIn, like the right letters of recommendation, can land you the right job. But how do you get people to vouch for you? By vouching for them first! Be strategic and sincere in choosing who you will endorse for what, and it is very likely that you’ll receive endorsements back from the same people. Plus, it is a great way to stay in touch with past co-workers and show your appreciation for their work.
