Monday Motivation | Stay Focused!
Tip of the week
Ensure your application materials are clear and focused by prioritizing and narrowing down your resume and LinkedIn page to reflect the type of job you want. For example, if you want to manage social media for an organization, make sure that all experience related to that field is at the very top of your resume or profile. If you had a retail position that did not involve any social media exposure, you can remove that position or move it toward the bottom of the list. You want to be sure that the relevant roles rise to the top and help you stand out when employers are vetting applicants.
