Salon Event with Kathleen and Henry Chalfant

On Tuesday, November 1st, the New York Foundation for the Arts and Kathleen & Henry Chalfant are hosting a salon event in their Brooklyn Heights home with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and featuring short performances throughout the evening. Kathleen is an acclaimed actress, past NYFA Board member, and current member of our Leadership Council; her husband Henry is a noted photographer, sculptor, and filmmaker. Kalup Linzy (Fellow in Film ‘15) and Saya Woolfalk (Fellow in Cross-Disciplinary ’07, Digital/Electronic Arts ’14) are co-hosting this event.
The evening will feature performances by the following NYSCA/NYFA Fellows:
- Anthony Coleman (Fellow in Music Composition ’88, ’06, & ’16)
- Jessica Hagedorn (Fellow in Playwriting/Screenwriting ’91)
- James Hannaham (Fellow in Fiction ’00)
- Sibyl Kempson (Fellow in Playwriting/Screenwriting ’16)
