Fiscal Sponsorship Applications Due June 30
Summer is the perfect opportunity to transform that amazing idea into a dynamic reality with the help of NYFA Fiscal Sponsorship.
How Fiscal Sponsorship Can Help You
Fiscal Sponsorship allows artists and organizations to apply for grants from foundations or corporate funders that are usually restricted to 501(c )(3) tax-exempt organizations. It also offers individual donors the benefit of a tax-deductible contribution. Expanding your project’s fundraising capabilities means more opportunity to build your project!
Our Experience
In the past fiscal year, our fiscally sponsored projects earned $4,653,000* for their projects and organizations. Millions of dollars went directly to funding artists and art-focused projects! Our projects received grants from the Ford Foundation, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, National Endowment for the Humanities and the New York State Council on the Arts, among numerous others. NYFA Fiscal Sponsorship is incredibly proud to support the hard work of our nearly 700 projects in their fundraising processes by assisting with grant submissions, reporting requirements, acknowledging donors, and giving feedback.
*Approximate as of June 7
Energetic Community
In addition to increasing your project’s fundraising capabilities, NYFA Fiscal Sponsorship offers free consultations and review of grant applications. Participation in the program also gives access to NYFA’s wide range of artist services and resources, exclusive workshops for fiscally sponsored artists and connections to a dynamic network of other artists and organizations.
