2015 Artists’ Campaign

2015 Artists’ Campaign

NYFA’s annual Hall of Fame benefit honors artists and patrons of the arts whose artistic vision, dedication and uncompromising integrity represent the best that NYFA has to offer.  This year’s event will be held on April 14, 2015 at 583 Park Avenue, and we are honored to recognize former NYFA Fellows Antony Hegarty, Shirin Neshat, Eric Overmyer, and patron of the arts Judith K. Brodsky.

In conjunction with the benefit, I am pleased to announce the kick-off of the annual Artists’ Campaign and would like to invite you to contribute $44 (in recognition of NYFA’s 44 years of service to artists).

This year, I am thrilled to announce that an extraordinarily generous fan of Antony’s has agreed to match all contributions to the Artists’ Campaign –this means that your gift to NYFA is automatically doubled.

Your support is crucial to our success. Last year the Artists’ Campaign raised nearly $30,000 and with your help we are hoping to surpass that this year.  The names of all contributors (unless of course, you prefer to remain anonymous) are included in the benefit journal, and I believe that a successful Artists’ Campaign directly reflects NYFA’s influence and good work serving artists.

In addition to being NYFA’s biggest fundraiser of the year, the Hall of Fame benefit provides a networking opportunity for artists to facilitate connections to curators, producers, agents, managers, and leaders in the art world.  For each $500 that we raise, one artist is chosen from a lottery of all campaign contributors to be invited to the gala.

Donations of all size are welcome.  To donate, click here:

Be sure to note Artists’ Campaign in the “Leave a Note” section so that it is brought to my attention and your name can be included in the lottery.

Thank you so much for your consideration, the amazing work you make, and for being a part of the NYFA community.

Sincerely,

Michael L. Royce
