Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

New year, new goals. Rather than getting overwhelmed and spending hours at a time job hunting, set small, achievable goals. Limit yourself to looking at jobs for a set amount of time per day. Plan to apply to one or two jobs per day. By limiting yourself and setting achievable goals, you’ll be less likely to burn out.
