INFORMATION SESSIONS
The NYFA Grants team will host a series of virtual information sessions designed to help artists build a strong application. Each live session will have a Q&A section where artists can ask the Grants team questions about the application process.
All QAF applicants are required to attend a live info session or watch a recorded info session. Any one member of an organization or artist collective may attend or watch an info session on behalf of their group. Recorded information sessions have subtitles available in Spanish and Chinese.

Todos los solicitantes de QAF deben ver una sesión informativa. Cualquier miembro de una organización o colectivo de artistas puede asistir o ver una sesión informativa en nombre de su grupo. Live Info Sessions
All sessions listed below are held virtually over Zoom and are in English. Registration is required and on a first-come, first-served basis for each live session.

Recorded Info Sessions
Recorded info sessions will be available for viewing on this page approximately one week after the live session. Recorded information sessions have subtitles available in Spanish and Chinese.

1-on-1 Draft Review Sessions
The NYFA Grants team offers 25-minute appointments to provide feedback on your draft application and answer any questions you may have. A draft of your application must be started prior to your review appointment in order for us to provide the most helpful feedback.
Sign-ups are available through the link below. Sessions are available from October 21, 2024 through-November 8, 2024. All appointments will be available on a first come, first served basis and will be held virtually over Zoom.

To request an accommodation or if you need assistance in applying online, please email [email protected] or call (212) 366-6900 ext.228 on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM ET. For accommodation outside of the provided time slot, please email [email protected] to schedule a phone call. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible, and no later than Tuesday, November 12 to allow adequate time for staff to support you in submitting an application before the deadline.

Para solicitar una adaptación o si necesita ayuda para presentar la solicitud en línea, envíe un correo electrónico a [email protected] o llame al (212) 366-6900 ext.228 los miércoles y jueves entre las 3:00 p. m. y las 5:00 p. m. ET. Para alojamiento fuera del horario previsto, envíe un correo electrónico a [email protected] para programar una llamada telefónica. Solicitamos que las solicitudes de adaptaciones se realicen lo antes posible y a más tardar el martes 12 de noviembre para que el personal tenga tiempo suficiente para ayudarlo a presentar una solicitud antes de la fecha límite.
