Tip of the week

You had a great interview, you sent a thank you note, now what? You want to follow up with the hiring manager, but you don’t want them to think you’re nagging them. Sadly, there is no straightforward answer to how soon you should follow up. Every company is different because of their industry, size, and location.

General rule of thumb, wait two weeks between each interaction. The exception to this rule would be if they said they wanted to fill the role immediately.
