This was the second installment in NYFA’s Artist Salon Series — which provided exclusive conversations with and performances by NYFA-affiliated artists — and featured Anita Glesta (NYFA Fellowship, Architecture/Environmental Structures, 2002; Fiscally Sponsored Project, Sculpture, 2003) at Murphy and Dine Gallery in Chelsea. Anita’s video art was projected on the walls of the gallery; she also gave an artist’s talk moderated by Elisabeth Sussman, Curator and Sondra Gilman Curator of Photography at The Whitney Museum of American Art.
