Daylight Savings Time is officially over…
…and the winter is slowly but surely coming closer. Instead of escaping the cold being snuggled up with a hot chocolate you should go out and enjoy what beautiful November days have to give: listen to NYFA Fellows reading their poems, watch short films or explore exhibitions. Mikhail Gubin’s (Fellow in Crafts/Sculpture ‘14)
Ghost House has been awarded given an Honorable Mention in the MIFA Photo Awards 2015 in the Fine Art Abstract category. His work is part of the MIFA ‘15 Winners exhibition at FotoLoft Gallery in Moscow.

Robert Hershon (Fellow in Poetry ‘99)
His book Freeze Frame, published by Pressed Wafer will be released on November 10. The author will be reading along with Simon Pettet at Dia Art Foundation.

NYFA’s Artists’ Fellowship Program awards $7,000 cash grants to artists throughout New York State.
