Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

Not all job listings will give you specific instructions about to whom your application materials should be addressed. If that is the case, research online—LinkedIn is a great place to startto find out the name of your potential supervisor and, if you can’t find that, address it to the head of the department, the Hiring Manager, or the CEO. Personalizing your letter is a great way to show you did your homework and looked to learn more about the position you’re applying for.
