Kick off your week with Monday Motivation!

Tip of the week

Think of a time when you had an exciting, new strategy at work. In your interview, describe how you came up with the idea, how you pitched it to be approved, and the outcome.

Don’t worry about sharing a “failed” strategy, because what you learned from the attempt can sometimes be more valuable than if it was successful.
