LuLu Meng is a multidisciplinary artist. Born in Taiwan and based in Brooklyn, their conceptual work embodies the interconnected humanity. Using repetition of relatable forms such as clothing, text, and games, they create versions of the individual selves and the collective positionality relative to one another inhabiting, being, and playing.

Their work has been shown in SFA Projects, The Bronx Museum of the Arts, Cuchifritos Gallery&Project Space, Flux Factory, 47 Canal Gallery, Spring/Break Art Show, New York Hall of Science, and QCC Art Gallery and Museum in New York City; William Harris Gallery, Rochester, NY; Anaba Project, Bethesda; Brodsky Gallery, Philadelphia, PA; Power Plant Gallery, Durham, NC; Gallery MoMo, Tokyo, Japan; Museo El Castillo, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia; and Cloud Gallery, Taipei, Taiwan.

Meng holds a BA degree in Drama and Theater from National Taiwan University and an MFA degree in Photography, Video and Related Media from Rochester Institute of Technology.

When you book, you’ll have the opportunity to provide this context and/or share any relevant materials you'd like your coach to look over. They will then review these in advance, and provide feedback during your conversation. Your session will take place virtually over zoom in Eastern Time (ET).
