This pay-what-you-wish online panel will provide practical tips for creators on how to protect their work and enforce their rights and discuss a variety of alternative dispute resolution options to avoid litigation in court.

Such options include submitting cases to the recently formed Copyright Claims Board (CCB), effectively a Small Claims forum for copyright claims up to $30,000.
