Florida Events Round-Up
With NYFA’s upcoming trip to Florida quickly approaching, we’ve been checking out all the local events that will be happening in the area while we’re there and during the weeks to come.
Program Officer Michon Ashmore will be visiting Tallahassee and St. Petersburg (for a NYFA Resources and Services talk on May 15) for a few days so we looked into some events she should be attending while in town. We were delighted to find an array of different things to do.
Along with the visual arts, Florida is home to an assortment of diverse artistic platforms, including performing arts theaters, literary readings, and music venues. With all these extracurriculars to catch, who knows if there will be time for work! Take a look at the list we’ve compiled below for just a handful of the things to see.
