Description

Busy Soho gallery seeks a part time experienced art handler to assist with the safe handling of artwork, packing, shipping, gallery and client installation, 2 days a week with additional on call hours when available.


Must be able to lift upwards of 60lbs at a time, have familiarity in handling various artistic mediums, experience installing works in a variety of locations (using ladders, hanging into brick walls, etc) and building out boxes for both domestic and international shipping. Previous experience with some level of framing is also desired in order to open framed works, repair slipped hinging, re-paper backings, etc is desirable.


Drivers license is required.
