Customer Service Sales Associate for Fine Art Printing and Framing Studio

Tribeca Printworks is seeking another full-time front end customer service & sales associate for our ever-expanding Soho Fine Art Giclee Printing & Framing Studio!

In search of a highly motivated, self-driven individual to assist in all aspects of day to day studio operations with heavy focus on customer service support for both in-studio and e-commerce orders. The ideal candidate is a fast thinker with a friendly, engaging demeanor, a positive outlook, and is very comfortable interfacing with customers to profile our products and services, field inquiries, and address issues and concerns to provide creative solutions. Must be fast on your feet, and an exceptional multi-tasker with excellent math skills!

Primary responsibility will be working directly with artists, photographers, designers and individuals to provide solutions for their fine art printing and framing needs. Duties include answering phones, creating custom quotes, responding to client inquiries, helping customers review their orders, as well as the order processing, trimming, packaging and shipping of both online and in-studio orders. Will also serve as a backup for the print techs, and general production as needs arise.

Background in the arts is a must! Familiarity with art sales, giclee print production and custom framing is needed. We are looking for a people person who is a fast learner with superior multi-tasking capabilities and a stellar attitude!
