About AM Collective:
AM Collective is a dynamic design gallery and interior design practice founded by Amanda Pratt. With the upcoming launch of Villa AM in New York’s West Village, AM Collective is redefining how contemporary collectible design is experienced—prioritizing craftsmanship, collaboration, and curated salon-style presentations that blend art and design in a home-like setting.
About the Role:
AM Collective is seeking an ambitious and highly organized Executive Assistant to work directly with Amanda Pratt in a hands-on role that spans administration, client and artist management, curation, and installation support. This position offers a unique opportunity for a driven individual to gain unparalleled experience in the creative industry, with room for specialization and growth as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office organization.
- Assist with project management across gallery exhibitions, interior design projects, and artist collaborations.
- Coordinate logistics for installations, including liaising with artists, designers, fabricators, and vendors.
- Support client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
- Conduct research and assist with curatorial tasks, including sourcing materials and compiling presentation materials.
- Help organize events, gallery openings, and special programming at Villa AM.
- Maintain inventory, track shipments, and oversee logistics for artworks and design objects.
- Assist in social media and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with AM Collective’s brand.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time hybrid position. Most of the work will take place onsite at Villa AM, located at 29 Bethune Street in the West Village, with potential travel for events and projects. The role also offers the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.
