Hello! I'm Lyndsay (www.lyndsayfaye.com), a historical novelist, and my husband Nicholas is a SAG film actor. Great to meet you.
We have an empty basement (in our brick row house) that we use mainly for my book translation storage shelves--this is an enormous waste (and they can be moved)! Technically the space is ONLY SHARED because we need access to our utilities, my excess books, and our food pantry. The laundry room is separated by a privacy door.
Basement has tile flooring, a big sink, cupboards, free electricity and Wi-Fi, an industrial steel chef's prep table, a mini-fridge, access anytime to our bathroom upstairs, and is a two-block stroll from the L Train Halsey stop.
Tons of art, cafes, bookstores, groceries, and killer neighbors here on the Bushwick/Ridgewood border, and we're keen to provide space for a fellow artist. Access is either through the storm door or via key to the front door, anytime, but unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
