350 sf shared studio in artist's building on Division and Morgan Avenue in East Williamsburg. The space is newly renovated with shelving, work surfaces and ample storage. Windows facing the Kosciuszko bridge bathe the space in natural light.


I am a textile artist, and designer. I would like to find someone with overlapping disciplines/interests but am open to different arrangements or suggestions depending on your discipline and needs/preferences. I’m not there that frequently so there is plenty of privacy at the moment if that’s desired.


There is 24 hour access, freight elevator, a shared common area with a slop- sink, fridge, microwave snd shared bathroom for the floor of 7 studios. A collegial and friendly environment, quiet and private.
