(Desk) Space in lovely shared studio in East Williamsburg

Hi!

I'm a darkroom photographer, and DIT.

I use the studio for my personal practices and I currently have 1 space available for a desk, or similar.

Currently, the layout is my desk, my small darkroom, my storage space (the darkoom is below my lofted storage space to save room); also, there is a video/animation editor who takes up another desk. She has a dog, who is very sweet and sometimes comes to the studio.

We'd love to find someone who needs a desk space for work, any medium is considered, just no major mess making. (Your area would be somewhere in that upper-left hand corner of the second image-- that stuff would get moved. Also, you can be anywhere you want, really.)

If you're fluent in darkroom, I'd be happy to share the darkroom space as well.

There is a couch, Fios internet, small rug, coffee table, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, slop sink.

The building has 2 freight elevators, secure package room, a roof hangout area, a client office space for bigger meetings, and lots of cool little business in the other studios.

It's client facing, I hope!

Bills are broken down as: $415 for the space and a 3ed of all the utilities (electric, maintenance, internet).

All in, it would likely float around $500 p/m. Full disclosure, there is a 3% increase at the turn of each lease year, next lease year will be February 2026.

The space is located at Meadow and Bogart, between the Montrose L and Grand L.
