The studio has a window directly overlooking a private dock and waterfront view. The space is raw and great for any art or craft practice - all mediums welcome although for ceramicists, electric can't handle a kiln. I use the space for paintings, the max dimension I can fit through the street door is 82 x 144 inches. The studio has a partition up where some of my things are being stored.

Slop sink and day parking included. Wifi and dumpster use available for additional $100 (these are shared by other private studios). No overnight parking. Studio is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator but a hydraulic lift for hauling large items and equipment. There is no built in AC as this is a historic brick building from Civil War era.

Studio is located directly across from Food Bazaar, Hometown BBQ, Sonny's Bar, Strong Rope Brewery.and just a 5 minute walk to Pioneer Works!
